Cresco Advice develops and optimizes sales organizations for demanding B2B and B2C markets. This includes building sustainable sales structures, developing clear sales strategies, and restructuring existing distribution networks.
A special focus is placed on integrating sales and service: from setting up international service centers to designing service and warranty processes, as well as logistics and workflow concepts that ensure scalability and customer satisfaction.
In addition, Cresco Advice develops sales-supporting financing models for B2B and B2C structures and supports market launches – strategically, operationally, and organizationally.

Cresco Advice establishes direct communication channels with decision-makers in industry, government, and politics – across industries and internationally. The goal is to understand regulatory frameworks early, clearly position interests, and build reliable dialogue structures that support strategic decision-making.
International Sourcing
Cresco Advice supports product sourcing for industry, commercial enterprises, and individual clients. This includes identifying and evaluating suitable manufacturers abroad, for example when products are to be developed, outsourced, or manufactured internationally – ranging from textiles to technical products.

Project Management & Execution

For critical situations, Cresco Advice offers international quick interventions: short-term project coordination, troubleshooting, and operational support on demand. When no on-site personnel are available, Cresco Advice can provide and coordinate experienced resources and project staff at short notice.

The consultancy is built upon a proven track record of building, scaling, restructuring, and successfully selling companies in challenging international environments.
Over the past decades, I have been involved in a wide range of projects – from international market entries, sales and service organizations, and production and sourcing setups to distribution networks and complex cross-border initiatives. My activities have included operational leadership roles, advisory mandates, and investor functions across various industries.
